A correction
Send the address of the entry, the sentence you believe is wrong, and the source that settles it. A published source that a reader can obtain is what moves a correction: a county record, a code section, an extension publication, a manufacturer's instructions. The entry is revised and its date is changed to the day of the correction, because the date on this site records the last check and not the first draft.
A question about a house
The desk cannot answer a question about a particular house at a particular address. It does not inspect, does not estimate and does not advise on a purchase. A question about a method, a term in a record or a published figure is welcome, and if it is broad enough to serve other readers it may become an entry.
What is not accepted
No offer to place a link, no guest article, no sponsored entry and no commercial message. The ledger carries no advertising and no affiliate arrangement, and an offer of either is deleted without a reply.
